Description

Flush Debris Easily. Secure Your Mainline.

The 3/4" Easy Loc End Cap is the essential finishing touch for any professional irrigation system. It provides a secure, leak-proof termination for your 3/4" Poly Tubing while offering the critical ability to flush the line.

Regular flushing is vital to prevent clogged emitters. Unlike permanent "figure-8" closures, this fitting features a threaded cap that can be easily unscrewed to wash out dirt, minerals, and debris at the beginning and end of every season. The Easy Loc collar ensures the fitting stays firmly attached to the tubing even during high-pressure flushing.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Easy Maintenance: The threaded cap allows for quick, tool-free flushing of your system, extending the life of your drippers and sprayers.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The locking nut screws over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This holds tight even under pressure fluctuations.
  • Fully Reusable: If you expand your garden later, simply remove the cap fitting and replace it with a coupler or elbow to continue the line.
  • Tool-Free Installation: No clamps, ratchets, or hot water required. The large, textured nut is designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Molded from high-grade polypropylene with UV stabilizers, these fittings resist cracking from sun exposure and are chemically inert to standard fertilizers.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to securely close off your irrigation line.

Step 1: Prepare Tubing
Cut the end of your 3/4" polyethylene tubing squarely. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards (towards the threaded cap) to expose the internal barb. Do not remove the nut completely.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Push your poly tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the stop. You may need to use a wiggling motion to get the tubing over the barb lip.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collar forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection in place. Hand-tighten firmly. Ensure the end cap itself is also tightened.

✔ Compatibility Check

Check your tubing sizes carefully:

  • Fits: Standard 3/4" Poly Tubing (.940" OD).
  • It will NOT fit 1/2" Tubing (.700" OD).
  • It will NOT fit flat Drip Tape.

Complete Your System

Ensure your system is reliable and easy to maintain:

  • 3/4" Poly Tubing: The mainline tubing that this cap is designed to fit.
  • Hold Downs: Secure the end of your line to the ground to prevent it from whipping around during flushing.
  • 3/4" Easy Loc Couplers: If you ever need to extend the line past this cap, replace it with a coupler.
  • Filter: While flushing helps, a good filter at the start of your system is the best defense against clogs.
