Description

High-Capacity "Set and Forget" Fertigation for Medium to Large Gardens

The EZ-FLO EZ-Kit System is a professional-grade mainline fertigation injector designed for gardeners and growers who want the convenience of automatic fertilizing without the hassle of frequent refills. Available in three sizes — 1.75 Gallon (EZKIT-1), 2.5 Gallon (EZKIT-3), and 5 Gallon (EZKIT-5) — the EZ-Kit delivers double the water-soluble product capacity of standard EZ-FLO injection systems, covering areas from 1,000 up to 50,000 square feet.

Unlike basic hose-bib units, the EZ-Kit features a proprietary High-Capacity (HC) fill system — previously only available on EZ-FLO's large 10-gallon and up models — now in a compact footprint. An integrated drain valve and separate fill port allow you to refill the tank quickly and cleanly without moving the unit or disconnecting any lines. The EZKIT-1 and EZKIT-3 include a CBV-100 mainline connection for installation into 3/4" and 1" piping. The EZKIT-5 connection is sold separately. All systems must be installed with a compatible backflow preventer to protect your domestic water supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What fertilizers can I use with the EZ-Kit?
Any water-soluble dry fertilizer or concentrated liquid fertilizer containing less than 0.5% insoluble impurities can be used.

Browse compatible EZ-FLO Fertilizers available at DripWorks, including water-soluble and liquid options. If your fertilizer is clear, add food coloring so you can monitor the output tube for product flow.

Is a backflow preventer required?
Yes. All systems using a fertilizer injector must include a backflow preventer to protect your domestic water supply from fertilizer contamination.

Contact your local building inspector or contractor to confirm which type of backflow preventer is required in your area.

What is the HC Refill System?
The High-Capacity (HC) fill system uses an integrated drain valve and a separate fill port so you can refill the tank without disconnecting any hoses or tipping the unit.

This design, previously exclusive to EZ-FLO's larger 10-gallon and up models, allows for fast, clean refills directly in place — a major convenience for busy gardens and commercial operations.

Does the EZKIT-5 include a connection fitting?
No. Unlike the EZKIT-1 and EZKIT-3, the EZKIT-5 does not include a mainline connection — it must be purchased separately.

See our EZ-FLO Replacement Parts & Accessories for compatible connectors.

✔ Important Installation Notes

  • Backflow Preventer Required: A backflow preventer must be installed to keep fertilizer from entering your domestic water supply.
  • EZKIT-5 Connection Sold Separately: The 5-gallon model does not include a mainline connection fitting — order the appropriate connector for your pipe size.
  • Water-Soluble Products Only: Use only liquid or dry fertilizers with less than 0.5% insoluble impurities to prevent clogging.
