- Freight and shipping expenses
- Labor and other internal considerations
As these factors can change, prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
Price Match Policy
We strive to provide competitive pricing every day. However, we recognize that there may be times when our prices are not the lowest available. To ensure your confidence in shopping with us, DripWorks guarantees a lower price from any qualifying online competitor.
How It Works
To request a price match, simply:
- Call us or email support@dripworks.com with the product link from the competitor’s website.
- Include an explanation that you’re seeking a price match, along with your contact information.
- If the competitor’s total price (including shipping, handling, and taxes) is lower than ours and meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll adjust our price to match it.
Eligibility Criteria
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
- The item must be new and identical in all aspects (model, size, color, etc.).
- The competitor must be an authorized U.S.-based dealer for the manufacturer. DripWorks reserves the right to verify the competitor’s pricing and product availability.
- Price match requests for auction-based or listing sites (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist) are not eligible.
- Shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes will be factored into the price comparison.
- All price match requests are reviewed and handled at DripWorks' sole discretion.
